Advance Notice
24+ hours preferred for standard reservations. Same-day and after-hours requests honored when chauffeurs are available — call directly.
Confirmation Deposit
Airport and hourly: full payment at completion. Wedding and event packages: 50% deposit to confirm, balance due day of service.
Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before the reservation for a full refund, no questions asked.
Late Cancellation
6–24 hours before: 50% charge. Less than 6 hours or no-show: full charge. Weather and force majeure rebooked without penalty.
Gratuity
20% chauffeur gratuity is included in all package pricing and shown separately on hourly invoices. Additional gratuity is appreciated but never expected.
Payment
All major cards accepted. Corporate accounts available with net-15 invoicing on approval. Cash accepted at chauffeur discretion.
